1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Microsolvant, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must have the authority to create an account on behalf of your organization and to bind that organization to these Terms. By creating an account, you confirm that you have this authority.

3. Services

Microsolvant provides software for:

• Loan management
• Client management
• Repayment tracking
• Reporting
• Expense management
• Team management
• Analytics

4. User Accounts

As a user of Microsolvant, you must:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep passwords secure
• Notify us of unauthorized access

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• The loan data entered
• The accuracy of client information
• Compliance with local financial regulations
• Maintaining their own backups, if desired

6. Acceptable Use

When using Microsolvant, you may not:

• Hack the service
• Upload malware
• Reverse engineer the platform
• Impersonate others
• Violate applicable laws
• Abuse the platform

7. Subscription & Payments

Access to Microsolvant is provided through subscription plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date, and billing is processed according to the plan and cycle you select at sign-up.

If pricing changes, we will provide notice before the change takes effect.

8. Intellectual Property

Microsolvant owns:

• Software
• Branding
• Logo
• Documentation

Customers own their data — see Section 10, Data Ownership.

9. Availability

We strive to keep Microsolvant available at all times. However, occasional maintenance, updates, or unforeseen outages may occur, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Microsolvant is not responsible for:

• Business losses
• Lost profits
• Indirect damages
• Incorrect financial decisions made using the software

12. Termination

Microsolvant may suspend or terminate accounts found to be involved in:

• Fraud
• Abuse
• Illegal activity
• Non-payment
• Violation of these Terms

Users may cancel their account at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

14. Changes

Microsolvant may update these Terms periodically. We will notify users of significant changes, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
